Biden Temporarily Transfers Presidential Power to Harris for Medical Tests
President Joe Biden will briefly transfer power to Vice President Kamala Harris on Friday when he undergoes a “routine colonoscopy" at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, the White House said.
